In the Spring of 1962, Mr. Fadel Safawi has established the Safawi Trading Company. Quickly outgrowing the store, the company moved the entire operation before finally settling into a showroom and warehouse that they continue to operate from today.

The business has grown in other ways too through exporting and importing many kind of toys. Beginning with a single store focused exclusively on magnetic toys, the company now boasts thousands of toys and has recently begun development of their own original line of special toys.
